چکیده

Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares (HNGV) merupakan rumah sakit milik pemerintah Timor Leste yang hingga kini masih melayani pasien dengan optimal. Dengan bantuan dari beberapa negara seperti Australia dan Portugis, ini semestinya menjadi terbaik di Leste. Namun keterbatasan sumber daya manusia penghalang. Masih tingginya benteng diri menerima masukan pelaksanaan SOP tidak maksimal, menyebabkan timbulnya banyak keluhan sakit.Dengan adanya permasalahan timbul tersebut, maka pengabdi mengambil inisiatif untuk melakukan pendampingan bagi pegawai-pegawai masing-masing bagian nantinya penerapan telah diberikan dapat disebarluaskan kepada pegawai lain sehingga tercipta iklim kerja baru supaya meminimalisir meningkatkan citra dalam segi pelayanan masyarakat. Beberapa metode pelatihan dilakukan pengabdian adalah menggunakan Off the Job training yaitu dilaksanakan ditempat terpisah/ diluar tempat kerja, waktu reguler. Berdasarkan hasil review didapat pihak pejabat setempat, para peserta turut melaksanakan kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja juga lebih open-minded memiliki keinginan memperbaiki sistem. Hal implikasi positif manajemen, karena mereka membawa perubahan baik instansi kedepannya imbas pasien.
